This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare data interoperability and enterprise health technology solutions within a highly innovative and mission-driven environment. As a key product leader, you will bridge the gap between technical architecture, engineering execution, and market-driven product strategy to deliver scalable and interoperable healthcare platforms. The position combines deep technical collaboration with strategic product ownership, enabling you to influence complex data systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and healthcare interoperability standards. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to guide platform evolution from concept through delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically skilled product professional who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex data and integration challenges. Your contributions will directly support better healthcare outcomes through secure, scalable, and high-performing digital health solutions used globally.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core healthcare data platform capabilities, including data ingestion, persistence, data quality management, and administration functionalities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to identify technical gaps, validate solution feasibility, and align platform capabilities with customer and market requirements.
  • Translate architectural concepts, interoperability standards, and operational requirements into detailed and actionable product specifications.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and implementation planning to ensure scalability, maintainability, performance, and long-term platform alignment.
  • Maintain strong technical understanding of modern software stacks, cloud-native environments, APIs, distributed systems, and healthcare interoperability technologies.
  • Guide backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, and feature refinement by providing technical product leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Champion capabilities related to data quality, enrichment, deduplication, lifecycle management, and interoperability across enterprise healthcare data flows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product positioning, technical documentation, customer demonstrations, training materials, and strategic communications.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and evolving industry trends within healthcare technology and interoperability.
  • Support customer-facing discussions, technical solutioning conversations, and executive stakeholder engagements to validate product direction and clarify technical capabilities.
  • Ensure product features and platform capabilities are properly documented, versioned, and consumable by both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to operational accountability through accurate project tracking, reporting, and alignment with organizational delivery and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Platform Product Ownership, Software Engineering, or related technical product development roles.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or another technically focused discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software products or platforms, ideally within healthcare, interoperability, or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of FHIR, HAPI FHIR, RESTful APIs, HL7, CDA, healthcare terminology standards, and interoperability frameworks.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, data persistence strategies, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software release management, Agile methodologies, and full software development lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to review technical architecture, understand code and implementation trade-offs, and support engineering decision-making processes.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams working in Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, or other cloud-native environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to facilitate technical discussions and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with observability, logging, distributed systems, or healthcare data platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced technical environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive healthcare benefits package.
  • Flexible remote work environment with strong work-life balance support.
  • Generous paid time off, personal leave, and sick day policies.
  • Retirement savings contribution programs including 401K support.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • Employee Assistance Program and wellness support resources.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities, including technical learning programs and healthcare interoperability training.
  • Exposure to innovative healthcare technology projects with global impact.
  • Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture focused on diversity, belonging, and continuous growth.
  • Opportunities to work with cutting-edge cloud-native and healthcare interoperability technologies.
