This role is a high-impact enterprise sales position focused on driving new business and expanding relationships within the cybersecurity and compliance space. The successful candidate will operate at a senior level, engaging with complex enterprise organizations and decision-makers to understand their security and risk management needs. You will be responsible for selling advanced managed security services, including network security, penetration testing, risk assessments, and compliance solutions. The role requires a consultative sales approach, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate long and multi-layered sales cycles. You will also collaborate closely with internal technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure long-term client satisfaction. In addition, this position includes leadership responsibilities, supporting and guiding specialist sales resources to maximize overall account performance and revenue growth. It is ideal for a strategic, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new enterprise sales opportunities across cybersecurity, compliance, and managed security services, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship development.
  • Develop and execute structured sales strategies and coordinated account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and present tailored security and compliance solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts with product specialists, marketing, pre-sales engineers, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation while staying informed on industry trends and threats.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within cybersecurity, compliance, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, managed security services, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms, along with strong sales analytics capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone within the United States.
