This leadership role sits at the center of clinical product innovation, owning the strategy and evolution of a core Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform used to support caregivers and improve patient outcomes. You will define and drive the product vision, shaping both short-term execution and long-term roadmap alignment with organizational goals. Acting as a product entrepreneur, you will combine market insight, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and prioritize impactful features. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, QA, marketing, and services teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful go-to-market execution. You will also serve as a key voice for the product internally and externally, influencing adoption and strengthening market positioning. This is a highly visible leadership position offering autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to directly shape healthcare technology transformation.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the clinical product portfolio strategy while managing teams, stakeholders, and product execution across the full lifecycle.

  • Define and execute the clinical product strategy, ensuring alignment with broader organizational vision and healthcare market needs.
  • Own the product roadmap, including goals, themes, features, and requirements that enhance user experience and clinical value.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client engagement to validate direction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Marketing, Services) to ensure effective delivery and go-to-market success.
  • Monitor product performance, delivery timelines, risks, and team metrics to ensure execution remains on track and within budget.
  • Act as a key escalation point for clients, gathering feedback and resolving complex product-related challenges.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, promoting the portfolio internally and externally to drive adoption and impact.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep product leadership experience, strong healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to drive complex product strategy in a regulated environment.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software product management, including leadership of large-scale product teams.
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including clinical workflows and healthcare policy.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing multi-disciplinary product management teams.
  • Deep expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with strong Agile and Scrum experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Confluence preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; clinical background is an advantage but not required.
