Accountabilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of end-to-end revenue cycle operations for assigned client engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication around operational performance and business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operational and service delivery teams to align objectives, address risks, and implement remediation strategies when needed.
  • Monitor operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and proactively communicate drivers, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall revenue cycle performance.
  • Support organizational transformation efforts by sharing industry best practices and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Act as a change leader across healthcare organizations to foster collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, mentor, and support high-performing revenue cycle teams to encourage growth, engagement, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 7 years in leadership or management roles.
  • Strong expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and client-facing operational leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work effectively with executive-level clients.
  • Experience driving operational improvements, performance optimization, and transformation initiatives within healthcare environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and build alignment across diverse operational teams and healthcare organizations.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and team development capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement and employee growth.
