This role is designed for a high-performing enterprise sales professional who thrives in complex, consultative ITSM and IT operations environments. You will be responsible for driving new business growth across commercial and enterprise accounts, positioning modern IT service management solutions that help organizations transform and automate service delivery. Operating in a fully remote setup with regional travel, you will engage senior stakeholders including CIOs and IT leaders to shape digital transformation strategies. The environment is fast-paced, target-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong alignment across solution engineering, marketing, and customer success teams. You will manage full-cycle enterprise sales motions from prospecting through close, often navigating multi-million-dollar opportunities. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking, technical fluency, and relationship-building directly influence revenue growth and market expansion.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own a commercial territory and drive net-new revenue through strategic enterprise ITSM sales initiatives. You will develop and execute account plans, build pipeline through outbound prospecting and partnerships, and manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close.

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise service management solutions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, partners, referrals, and events
  • Develop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and transformation stakeholders
  • Deliver consultative, value-based selling across software, services, and managed services offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver demos, proposals, business cases, and RFP responses
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management in Salesforce
  • Represent solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
  • Partner with channel ecosystems including VARs, SIs, and technology alliances to expand reach
Requirements

You bring strong enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record in ITSM or IT operations platforms. You are comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers in regulated or enterprise environments.

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota achievement
  • Strong background in ITSM, ITOM, ESM, or enterprise IT operations solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Atlassian, BMC, Ivanti)
  • Experience selling into regulated industries or public sector-adjacent organizations
  • Proven success managing six-figure to multi-million-dollar deal cycles
  • Strong understanding of IT service management, automation, and digital transformation concepts
  • Ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with presales, delivery, and customer success teams
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus)
