Spa Therapist - Hotel in Mandau Talawang at Nadi Talent Group

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Spa Therapists to join a high-standard hotel operation.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand 5-star standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. This role is based at the companys head office and may involve supporting various outlets under the group as needed.

• Provide a range of massages, facials, and wellness treatments according to hotel standards

• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations to understand guest preferences and medical considerations

• Promote and recommend spa products and services to enhance luxury guest experience

• Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, health regulations, and safety protocols for treatment rooms and equipment

• Uphold 5-star service protocols, including professionalism, grooming, etiquette, and attention to detail

• Build rapport with guests and handle feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage

• Strong understanding of spa treatments, massage techniques, and body therapies with excellent technique

• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a guest-centric mindset

• Relevant certifications in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments
