This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Training Specialist in Portugal.
In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients maximize the value of innovative digital solutions through engaging and impactful training experiences. You will deliver both online and in-person learning sessions, develop educational resources, and support customer adoption across Southern Europe. Working in a collaborative and international environment, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives align with customer needs and strategic business objectives. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with technical confidence and a passion for customer success. The role offers autonomy, remote flexibility, and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, service-oriented setting.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations to clients across Southern Europe, ensuring effective adoption and long-term usage of digital products and services.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials such as tutorials, user guides, videos, and other learning resources to support customer independence and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams to align training activities with regional business priorities and customer success goals.
- Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to support product and service improvements.
- Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with training colleagues across Europe to share best practices and ensure consistency in learning delivery.
- Contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives and actively support continuous improvement efforts within the training function.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience delivering training for electronic products or digital services within public, government, or corporate environments.
- Native-level Italian language skills combined with strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong technical aptitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented approach and the ability to manage feedback and challenging situations constructively.
- Collaborative team player committed to delivering high-quality service and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Based in Italy and comfortable traveling when required for on-site training and industry events.
