In this role, you will be part of a dynamic sales development team focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for a leading technology platform. You will act as the first point of contact with potential clients, helping uncover needs, validate interest, and ensure only high-quality leads are passed to the sales team. The position requires strong communication skills, curiosity, and a structured approach to prospecting and diagnosis. You will work in an agile, fast-paced environment where data-driven decision-making and continuous learning are highly valued. This is a key role in driving pipeline growth and supporting the expansion of innovative digital solutions. You will interact daily with B2B prospects, contributing directly to revenue generation. - Conduct outbound and inbound lead qualification through phone and email, ensuring accurate identification of potential opportunities.
- Analyze and diagnose prospect needs to confirm interest and business fit for the solution.
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities for the sales team, supporting pipeline growth and revenue goals.
- Maintain structured CRM records with updated information on prospects and interactions.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to build rapport and handle initial objections effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Support continuous improvement of prospecting strategies based on market feedback and performance insights.
- Reside in one of the following Brazilian states: SC, PR, RS, or SP.
- Previous experience in B2B pre-sales, preferably in software, SaaS, technology, or service-based environments.
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and Inbound Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset, with focus on conversion and performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
- Currently studying or holding a degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of Inbound Marketing and objection handling techniques will be considered an advantage.
- Strong motivation to grow in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
