Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven Search Acquisition Specialist to help scale and optimize high-intent patient acquisition across Google Search, Bing, YouTube, and related search ecosystems.
This is NOT a junior PPC coordinator role.
This role is ideal for someone who:

You will work closely with the Head of Paid Growth & Acquisition to optimize and scale search-driven patient acquisition across multiple healthcare service lines.
What You’ll OwnSearch Acquisition ExecutionManage and optimize paid search campaigns across:
Google Ads
Bing/Microsoft Ads
YouTube search and intent-driven video campaigns
Build, structure, and scale campaigns across multiple healthcare verticals and service lines
Continuously improve account structure, keyword segmentation, bidding strategy, and campaign performance
Identify and scale high-intent patient acquisition opportunities
Improve traffic quality and conversion efficiency
Analyze:
keyword-level performance
search intent behavior
landing page alignment
funnel performance
audience quality
Help distinguish profitable traffic from low-quality or low-retention traffic
Execute structured testing across:
keywords
ad copy
bidding strategies
landing pages
audience targeting
device segmentation
funnel flows
Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, and performance trends
Surface optimization opportunities proactively
Build and maintain performance reporting dashboards
Monitor acquisition metrics including:
CAC
conversion rates
refund trends
payback efficiency
approval quality
traffic quality
Translate campaign data into actionable optimization recommendations
Work closely with:
Head of Paid Growth & Acquisition
creative/design teams
lifecycle/retention teams
operations
analytics
external agencies/vendors
Support funnel optimization and growth experimentation initiatives
Within 6–12 months, successful candidates will:
improve search acquisition efficiency
scale profitable patient acquisition
improve conversion quality and funnel performance
reduce inefficient spend
identify new search-driven growth opportunities
contribute to scalable acquisition infrastructure
improve campaign testing velocity and optimization discipline
3+ years managing paid search campaigns at meaningful scale
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Google Ads
keyword strategy
bidding systems
campaign structure
conversion tracking
landing page optimization
Experience managing significant paid search budgets
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Experience in:
telehealth
healthcare
DTC healthcare
subscription businesses
SaaS
fintech
other high-LTV acquisition environments
Experience with:
Google Tag Manager
GA4
attribution systems
funnel analysis
cohort analysis
high-intent search acquisition
Experience operating in highly regulated industries
