CCMCF is a seeking a energetic individual to join our team as a full-time team member of our Life Enrichment Activity Department. You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide activities that enrich and enhance the well-being of our residents.

Qualifications:

• Preferred current Michigan CNA Certification
• Required Chauffeur's license
• Minimum 1 year experience planning, organizing and carrying out activity programs
• Experience with Residents with Dementia and Alzheimer's preferred.
• Ability to plan activities and programming for residents
• Experience working with residents in a long-term care or similar setting
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to work well in teams
• Experience using a variety of technology devises
• Computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office program

Responsibilities:

• Play an integral role on the Life Enrichment Team, providing activities and programs to residents.
• Plan, organize and lead resident activities.
• Assist with residents care as needed.
• Provide companionship and care to residents

This position will be full-time during the day shift working the hours of 9:00 am -5:00 pm. Evening and Weekend shifts will be required on a rotating basis throughout the year. The hours are set in advance so you can plan accordingly for weekend or evening shift.
