This is an operations-focused role supporting a strategic project within Brazil’s energy distribution sector.
You will be responsible for validating and accounting for energy flows at boundaries with other utility providers.
Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy and reliability of energy measurements and operational data.
The position is suited to someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated by solving problems efficiently.
You will work remotely while collaborating with internal teams and supporting accurate operational processes.
Strong communication, customer service experience, and a proactive approach will be important to your success.

• Validate and account for energy at operational boundaries with other electricity distribution companies.

• Monitor and verify energy measurements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Investigate discrepancies or irregularities in measurements and support effective resolution.

• Maintain attention to operational details and follow established procedures and quality standards.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to clarify information, resolve issues, and maintain smooth operational workflows.

• Contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of processes related to energy measurement and operational controls.

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Be currently enrolled in or have completed a higher education program and/or a related technical qualification.

• Previous customer service experience is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fully remote environment.

• Reliable home-office setup suitable for professional activities.

• Must reside in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

• Comfortable working in a structured, results-oriented operational environment.

• Availability to work a 5x2 schedule, with working hours to be defined.

• Salary: R$4,800.00 per month.
