We are looking for an ambitious, outgoing individual who wants to enter the financially rewarding insurance industry and grow with a successful agency.

• $50,000–$70,000+ total compensation potential

• Provide insurance quotes, pricing, and product information to prospective and existing clients.
  
• Build relationships with customers and identify their insurance needs.
  
• Meet new business sales goals by following up with existing leads and developing new business opportunities.
  
• Market and recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer needs.
  
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
  
• Follow Farmers Insurance guidelines, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Property & Casualty license preferred; licensing assistance is available for the right candidate.
  
• Life & Health license is a plus, but not required to apply.
