We are currently hiring an Aftermarket Account Manager at our WNC location. Shealy Truck Centers is a Full-service Truck Dealership and represents Mack and Volvo. Aftermarket Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Combination of working inside selling parts and service and going to customers sites
• Support customers after the truck sale and to grow the parts and service business within the dealership
• Must be willing to take customer calls as needed
• Must be willing to work with other employees to take care of the customer’s needs
• Will be responsible to take calls to fill orders for parts requests
• Will be responsible for proactive sales calls to both assigned accounts and others as necessary
• Will be trained as a counterperson and a service advisor to be efficient in their overall fixed ops duties

Aftermarket Account Manager Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
• OEM Sales Experience Preferred - not required
• Exhibits pride in personal workmanship
• Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
• Driving to customer sites will be required
