Romeoville, IL | Full-Time | W2 | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
Just earned your Class A CDL but everyone wants experience? Well help you get it.
Seattle Choice Transport is hiring recent Class A CDL graduates for our paid Driver Training Program supporting our Amazon Freight Partner operation in the Chicago/Romeoville area.
No previous professional Class A driving experience is required for candidates accepted into our program.

Training includes:
- Hands-on tractor-trailer driving
- Backing and maneuvering
- Coupling and uncoupling
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Trip planning and Hours of Service
- Amazon operations and technology
- Real-world ride-alongs with experienced drivers
- Safety coaching and mentorship
Once you successfully complete training and are approved for solo driving, you'll transition into our Solo2 Regional Driver position.
SOLO2 REGIONAL DRIVER4 Days On / 4 Days Off | Home Every Other Day
- Starting pay: $25/hour
- Increase to $26/hour after 90 days of successful solo driving
- Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours per workweek
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- Home approximately every other day while working
- Sleeper-truck operation
- Consistent year-round work
- Primarily no-touch Amazon freight
- Opportunities for additional hours when available
The 90-day pay increase is based on maintaining satisfactory safety, attendance, reliability and performance standards.
