Job Description
Position title: Technical Advisor III, Digital Health Solutions, Continuity of Integrated Health Services (CIHS) Project
Location: Global, United States | (Remote)

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in international development, International Relations or a relevant technical area. Minimum of ten years of work experience in digital health systems and solutions with progressive responsibilities, ideally with an international NGO, with three years overseas in multiple regions as a technical advisor and/or program manager of a Digital Health Systems project focusing on national digital health infrastructure> and/or multi-sectoral project with a national digital health infrastructure component.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree is a plus.
- Technical and/or academic publication(s) is a plus.
- Proven experience in capacity strengthening and transfer, particularly with government institutions.
