Fleet Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at LyTa Corporation

For the Fleet Manager role, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience managing commercial vehicle fleets (ideally transportation, trucking, bus, or logistics operations)
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Experience coordinating preventative maintenance and repairs
• Ability to maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records
• Experience working with mechanics, vendors, and parts suppliers
• Understanding of inspections, DOT/compliance requirements, and vehicle readiness
• Ability to manage fleet downtime and prioritize operational efficiency
• Experience purchasing/sourcing vehicles or parts is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
