Position Title: Sales Field Agent Team Lead - Manila City (BukuPay PH)

We’re at an exciting early stage in the Philippine market, which means you’ll be one of the first boots on the ground, building the merchant base from scratch and shaping how BukuPay shows up in this market. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans to drive product sales and field activities.

  • Oversee merchant visits, product demonstrations, and sales execution to ensure consistent market coverage.

  • Monitor team performance through sales reports, field activities, conversion rates, and KPI achievement, while providing regular coaching and feedback.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and support the resolution of customer concerns.

  • Analyze sales performance and market trends, and prepare regular reports with recommendations to improve results.

  • Execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and product merchandising to maximize visibility and sales.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail or field sales, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and people management skills.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing field sales operations.

  • Experience in sales planning or strategic sales initiatives is an advantage.

  • Background in FMCG, Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, or E-commerce is preferred.

  • Willing to travel extensively and be assigned or relocated anywhere in the Philippines, as needed.
