This role is focused on translating business and user needs into practical solutions that enable successful project delivery. You will work across requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and business change to ensure projects deliver meaningful outcomes. The position offers broad exposure to stakeholders, business owners, users, technical specialists, and change teams. You will help assess the impact of proposed changes, define appropriate solutions, and support teams in realizing expected benefits. Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management will be essential in navigating complex business requirements and evolving priorities. This is a full-time, permanent, remote opportunity in India within a collaborative and transformation-oriented environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring they are aligned with clearly defined project objectives.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes and capabilities when required, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring requirements are clearly understood.
• Assess the potential impact of proposed changes, determine what needs to be modified, and estimate the effort and scope required to implement changes to the appropriate quality standards.
• Work with business stakeholders, domain experts, enterprise architects, systems analysts, and technical leads to translate business needs into effective business, workflow, and technology solutions.
• Ensure project activities and deliverables align with the target operating model and required business capabilities.
• Evaluate the potential benefits and disadvantages of proposed solutions and changes, ensuring they remain aligned with the project's objectives and mandate.
• Engage business owners, change managers, users, and other key stakeholders to maintain alignment around requirements, solution design, capabilities, and expected outcomes.
• Partner with business change and improvement teams to identify business-as-usual enhancements, develop associated solutions, and support realization of project benefits.
• Advise project teams on appropriate methodologies, operating models, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, defect analysis, forms, templates, and other project documentation.
• Support effective project execution by ensuring requirements, solutions, processes, and expected outcomes are clearly documented and communicated.

• Proven experience in business analysis, client management, requirements analysis, solution design, business transformation, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, structure, and document complex business and user requirements against clearly defined project objectives.
• Experience conducting impact assessments and estimating the scope, effort, and consequences associated with business or technology changes.
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes, operating models, workflows, and capability design, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with business owners, users, change managers, technical teams, and other senior stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively with technical and domain specialists to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into appropriate solutions.
• Ability to evaluate expected benefits and potential disadvantages of proposed solutions and use this analysis to support sound project decisions.
• Familiarity with business analysis and project delivery frameworks, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, defect analysis, process mapping, and structured documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in transformation initiatives and environments characterized by change and ambiguity.
