This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Program Manager – Firmware and Security based in India.

The Technical Program Manager will lead complex engineering programs focused on firmware development, software delivery, and security for high-performance computing (HPC) platforms. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and drive critical initiatives from planning through implementation and release. You will oversee program schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones while ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives. A key focus will be strengthening firmware and software security through structured planning, robust processes, and effective delivery governance. Working in an Agile environment, you will lead program increment planning, manage dependencies, and resolve issues that affect delivery timelines and product quality.
