This role sits at the center of enterprise-wide communication, shaping how information flows across a large, mission-driven organization. You will design and deliver engaging internal content that strengthens employee alignment, culture, and engagement across multiple business units. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and strategically aligned. The role blends content creation, editorial oversight, and communications planning within a fast-paced environment. You will also play a key role in managing internal communication channels, including intranet platforms and company-wide meetings. - Develop, plan, and execute internal communications content across multiple enterprise channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with communication strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership to create, copy edit, and publish content for intranet platforms and internal messaging systems.
- Manage the enterprise communications calendar, ensuring proper timing, channel coordination, and alignment across initiatives and audiences.
- Support the development and execution of town halls and all-company meetings, including agenda creation, talking points, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather content, align messaging, and ensure adherence to brand standards and communication guidelines.
- Monitor, measure, and report on communication effectiveness using analytics tools, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all internal audiences and contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in internal communications, public relations, media relations, community engagement, or related fields.
- Experience managing content creation, publishing workflows, and internal communication platforms or intranet systems.
- Strong ability to use analytics tools to track content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail and editorial accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
- Base salary range: $63,000 – $80,000 USD, with potential eligibility for performance-based incentives.
