This role is focused on driving sales performance, strengthening retail execution, and building strong partnerships within modern trade channels. You will be responsible for managing key accounts across assigned territories while ensuring consistent product availability, visibility, and brand execution in stores. The position plays a critical role in delivering sales targets, improving market share, and ensuring strong in-store execution standards. You will work closely with retail partners, internal sales teams, and marketing stakeholders to implement promotions and optimize shelf presence. This is a highly field- and data-driven role where execution excellence directly impacts business growth. The environment is fast-paced, commercially focused, and centered on continuous improvement in retail performance.
- Drive sales and distribution targets across assigned modern trade accounts and geographic territory, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store stakeholders to strengthen account performance and collaboration.
- Ensure optimal in-store execution, including shelf availability, perfect store standards, and effective implementation of POP materials and promotions.
- Monitor and support CSP operations, ensuring adherence to targets and operational efficiency across accounts.
- Track store openings, organic growth opportunities, and new product introductions to maximize market penetration and speed to shelf.
- Collect, analyze, and report field data, including competitor activity and market intelligence, to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to support micro-marketing initiatives and contribute insights for improved trade execution.
- Manage and support third-party field teams, ensuring effective performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in modern trade, key account management, or FMCG sales environments.
- Strong understanding of retail execution, trade marketing, and in-store merchandising standards.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with retail partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decisions.
- Ability to manage field operations, coordinate teams, and ensure execution excellence across multiple stores.
