This role is focused on designing, developing, and evolving high-performance frontend solutions that power large-scale digital products used by thousands of users. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and architecture, contributing to the creation of scalable and maintainable web applications. The position involves deep technical ownership, from defining frontend architecture to ensuring best practices in performance, SEO, and user experience. You will collaborate closely with product teams in an agile environment, helping translate complex requirements into elegant and efficient interfaces. The role also requires a strong focus on quality, including automated testing and continuous improvement of development standards. It is a highly technical and strategic position, ideal for professionals passionate about modern frontend ecosystems and engineering excellence.

• Analyze product requirements and develop robust frontend solutions, including new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Define and evolve frontend architecture for scalable applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Build and maintain reusable components and microfrontend architectures to ensure modularity and performance.
• Implement and maintain automated testing strategies, including unit tests, functional tests, and BDD.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards across applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in an agile environment to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support production systems by troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
• Configure development environments and manage deployment and release processes.
• Stay updated with frontend trends, proposing and applying new technologies, methodologies, and improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation aligned with system evolution and architectural changes.

• Strong experience in frontend development, especially with React and Next.js.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with microfrontend architecture.
• Solid understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation).
• Experience with API integration using Axios or Fetch.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit testing and BDD.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with Styled Components and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of SEO and frontend performance optimization.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Git-based workflows such as Gitflow and Trunk Based Development.
• Ability to define technical solutions and make architectural decisions.
• Differential: basic knowledge of backend development (PHP or GoLang).
