Customer Service Representative

Accountabilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational support, providing guidance, advice, and solutions to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Analyze business data, processes, and information to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across processes, policies, and operational standards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on structured analysis of business needs and operational challenges.
  • Support incident management processes and ensure issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated effectively.
  • Assist in the development, review, and dissemination of internal communications and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts by proposing creative solutions and enhancements to existing processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of operational data and information across systems.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to less experienced team members when required.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in customer service, operations support, or a related business environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of business processes, tools, systems, and operational frameworks.
  • Good knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory considerations relevant to business operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken) to support diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
