  • Analyze large-scale datasets to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for improving media performance.
  • Develop and refine attribution and measurement frameworks tailored to client and business needs.

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising effectiveness, marketing analytics, or media measurement.
  • Strong expertise in experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, holdout design, and causal inference techniques.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience building dashboards, self-service analytics tools, or automated reporting systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution, media performance measurement, or ad tech ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, data-intensive environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and equity eligibility.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and wellness benefits.
  • Flexible remote work policy within Canada.
  • Paid time off and parental leave support.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions.
