This role sits at the intersection of advanced cloud infrastructure and developer experience, focused on helping engineers fully unlock the power of high-performance AI cloud platforms. You will act as a technical bridge between cutting-edge infrastructure systems and the global developer community building on top of them. The position blends deep technical expertise with storytelling, education, and community engagement, requiring the ability to translate complex distributed systems into clear, actionable guidance. You will create content, deliver talks, and lead workshops that demonstrate how to leverage GPUs, virtual machines, and orchestration tools at scale. In parallel, you will gather real-world feedback from developers and feed it directly into product and engineering teams. This is a highly visible role in a fast-moving environment where your influence will shape both developer adoption and product evolution.

• Create high-quality technical content, including tutorials, reference architectures, and sample code demonstrating effective use of cloud infrastructure such as VMs, GPU clusters, Kubernetes, SLURM, and orchestration tools.
• Design and deliver live demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and conference presentations showcasing best practices for AI workloads and distributed computing.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, cloud engineers, and technical communities through forums, events, hackathons, and online engagement.
• Gather and synthesize developer feedback to influence product direction, improve developer experience, and identify recurring infrastructure challenges.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate complex infrastructure capabilities into accessible messaging and documentation.
• Author thought leadership content on cloud computing, infrastructure optimization, deployment strategies, and AI/ML workload performance.
• Act as a technical ambassador, representing the platform externally while advocating for developer needs internally.

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or developer advocacy within distributed systems or infrastructure-focused environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure concepts, including virtual machines, containerization, networking, storage, and resource orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GPU workloads, and ML infrastructure optimization, with familiarity in tools such as SLURM and distributed computing frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with exposure to ML frameworks such as PyTorch being highly desirable.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly through writing, presentations, training, or public speaking.
• Experience engaging with developer communities, open-source ecosystems, or technical forums is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration skills across engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
