Job Description
Due to growth, we are seeking a Supervisor for our Strategic Business Solutions Group to be based in our Andover, Boston, or Providence office on a flexible hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned client engagements, building strong working relationships and supporting overall client satisfaction
- Prepare and review compilation and review engagements across a variety of industries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Coordinate engagement schedules and track progress against budgets and deadlines, escalating issues as needed
- Support clients with business and individual tax planning needs, including preparation and review of tax returns, projections, and related advisory deliverables
- Assist with client billings and support discussions related to fees, budgets, and engagement scope
- Supervise, delegate, and review work performed by associates and seniors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Coach and mentor staff by providing ongoing feedback and supporting professional development
- Collaborate with Managers, Senior Managers, Partners, and cross-functional teams to support client service delivery
- Contribute to special projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a related field, including experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Experience supporting multiple client engagements and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proficiency in CCH Axcess Tax and Engagement, Microsoft Excel and Word, and QuickBooks
- Experience with BNA Tax and/or ProSystem fx Fixed Assets preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to supervise staff, delegate work, and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be required during peak busy seasons.
Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range do not include benefits and bonus potential, and are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00
