Granite State Gastroenterology is a clinician-led self-governed and independent specialty group practice, providing GI care to numerous diverse communities in Southern New Hampshire. Experience preferred but will consider stand-out applicants for training. You should be able to multitask and prioritize. We expect you to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you can combine exceptional communication skills with an ability to perform ‘behind the scenes’ tasks, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our medical facility’s smooth operation by accurately completing administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Use medical software to assist in practice needs.
  • Must be flexible and able to adjust to fast pace and unexpected changes.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work productively with and without direct supervision.
  • Must be able to work as a team member.
  • Schedules screening and recall procedures.
  • Complete all paperwork associated with procedure preps.
  • Monitors all calls from patients who have questions regarding preps and procedures Mails recall letters.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Supervisor.
Requirements:

· Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

· Possess good judgement and insight.

· Hands on experience with medical software and MS Office

· Knowledge of healthcare operations

· Customer-oriented communication skills

· High school diploma or GED
