LVN Clinic Supervisor in San Antonio, Texas at University Health System- San Antonio

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides supervision over assigned licensed vocational nursing staff in a designated clinic setting to effectively and efficiently administer nursing care according to physician's orders. Communicates and enforces policies and procedures of University Health.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Two years supervisory experience preferred or two years of LVN experience with progressive responsibilities.

LICENSURE

Must possess a current license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas. Must maintain a current CPR Certification. ACLS certification is required.
