Be a part of the influential Human Resource team at Write Edge, dedicated to managing a diverse portfolio of HR functions and initiatives. From talent acquisition and development to employee engagement and performance management, our team works closely with the different teams in Write Edge to reach its goals in the Singapore market.

Responsibilities:

A successful candidate will be expected to work independently and collaborate closely with the HR manager and leadership team to execute various tasks.

Payroll:

  • Own the full spectrum of payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders on all pay components, including (but not limited to), incentives, bonuses, entitlements, and claims.
  • Ensure end-to-end payroll execution meets quality standards and statutory requirements.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve payroll-related queries, discrepancies, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer and maintain Time & Attendance, Leave, and Pay modules within the HR system.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific labour laws, statutory contributions, and payroll regulations.

HR Administration, Compliance & People Support

  • Support and aanage core HR administrative processes, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records across systems and files.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and internal governance requirements.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation as required.
  • Support the performance management and appraisal process, including coordination and documentation.
  • Administer 360-degree assessment and feedback tools where required.
  • Support employee engagement surveys, including basic analysis and follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Payroll specialist
  • Good knowledge in Singapore and Malaysia Employment and Income Tax Act
  • Exhibit strong understanding of local laws and compliance standards
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively handling employee relations
  • Proficient in Google Applications and tech-savvy
  • Display a high degree of responsiveness to HR-related needs
  • Strong administrative skills and stakeholder management ability

Job Details:

  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Salary Range: RM4000-RM4500
