3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one observation for patients who need extra support.
• Help ensure patient safety by preventing falls, wandering, or self-harm.
• Offer companionship, reassurance, and comfort to patients.
• Report patient needs and changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College courses in related field a plus.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience a plus (not required).
• Must be able to react quickly to the needs of a patient who require immediate intervention.
• Ability to observe and recognize changes in patient behavior.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required or within 7 days of employment and maintained.
• Compassionate, attentive, and reliable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
