Vibe Restaurants is one of the largest Little Caesars’ franchises and growing! We currently have 80 Little Caesars and 20 WingStop restaurants in ten states. We are currently adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Accounting department in our Dallas office. Our ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys thinking outside the box to meet various objectives.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices for payment into Sage Intacct review invoices for accuracy in Sage Intacct

• Review invoices for accuracy entered by external accounting firm in Sage Intacct

• Complete vendor statement reconciliations & request missing invoices

• Process vendor payments

• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Assist with period-end closing as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Ability to work on a team as well as be self-directed with independent decision-making capabilities

• Possess strong communication skills

• Must be resourceful, results driven and able to multi-task and prioritize work with a sense of urgency
