Director System Bed Management at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Health Care Administration or related field required. Masters degree preferred. Five years of progressive leadership experience required within a healthcare setting or related field. Must demonstrate excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates knowledge of healthcare business administrative needs through prior operational and/or departmental leadership experience. Possesses strong interpersonal critical thinking and leadership skills. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple disciplines at all levels of the organization. Demonstrates superior service excellence and collaboration skills in working with key leaders physicians co- workers and customers.
