Job Summary

Witham Health Services advocates that all employees live their lives optimally. This position is responsible for defining, facilitating, and implementing a wellness program for internal and external participants. Emphasis is on program development, marketing, participant education, and evaluation of program effectiveness by the use of clinical and financial established metrics. This position will work closely with others to attain goal achievement. This position must remain flexible in hours worked to ensure overall participation in health fairs, health seminars, lifestyle management groups, one-on–one consultations, and exercise clubs.

• A Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline with an emphasis on wellness, health or community education or health promotion or wellness programs, plus one year of health or wellness education experience.
• Certified Group Exercise Instructor required within 6 months of employment.
