Job Description
**This role is primarily onsite at Domino’s Farms Office Park, with travel to remote locations as needed.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the direct supervision of the Director, Technology Operations, this position serves as a senior level resource and provides advanced analytical and technical expertise for all existing and proposed computer technologies for IHA. Utilizes expert technical skills, sets standards and best practices for multiple hardware and software platforms, types and configurations. Serves as an expert information resource on product evaluation, selection, deployment and utilization. Oversees, leads and participates in planning, design, development, setting direction, implementation and high-end support for Intel-based server and workstation hardware and software. Serves as a project leader and provides technical guidance, problem resolution and direction to staff. Provides leadership and acts as an advisor to management and peers for the systems at IHA.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Technical Certifications through Cisco, Microsoft or CompTIA are a plus.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified for working at a senior level supporting system administration. Healthcare experience preferred.

This job operates in both an office environment and in a medical facility and occasionally requires regular walking to various locations around the hospital/clinic. It involves frequent interruptions, competing priorities and significant interaction with people which can be stressful at times. This position requires flexibility with days and hours, along with ability to be on-call and travel as needed (including nights and weekends as appropriate).
