Salesforce Consultant I at BRIO DESIGNS PARTNERS, LLC – Remote

Salesforce Consultants at BRIO work directly with clients to interpret business requirements and translate them into solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, Salesforce Consultants work with other BRIO team members to lead or assist with discovery, design, and configuration on numerous projects.

Ideal candidates have worked extensively on the Salesforce platform, and have a deep understanding of its capabilities and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Leading client discovery meetings to gather requirements and design custom solutions that use Salesforce components, apps, and integrations;
• Designing, building, and managing the end-to-end Salesforce solution including (but not limited to) data architecture, automation (flows, actions, approval processes), security model, user interface, reports and dashboards, and deployments;
• Working with project managers to identify risks and adjust client expectations;
• Estimating, writing user stories for, and building custom Salesforce functionality;
• Configuring complex low-code solutions on the Salesforce platform:
• Implementing Salesforce custom fields and objects;
• Building Flows for custom Salesforce solutions;
• Creating lightning pages and quick actions;
• Building reports and dashboards;
• Installing and configuring 3rd party applications;
• Creating Configuration Workbooks for Salesforce implementations;
• Developing other documentation for Salesforce projects, including items like Solution Design Documentation, Technical Specifications, User Guides, Testing Guides, and more.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform;
• Experience in the client services industry;
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Gather client requirements;
• Design Salesforce solutions;
• Design low-code solutions for Salesforce Admins to build;
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus;
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus;
• Ability to work in a team and independently;
