Skilled Maintenance Technician in Buffalo, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Skilled Maintenance Technician.

Colonial Springs Healthcare Center is a 134-bed long-term care, skilled nursing center. It includes a 34-bed memory care unit, as well as a 16-bed high-functioning memory care unit. These units meet the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

A typical day will include: Services and maintains electrical panels, kitchen equipment, heating and cooling systems, refrigeration equipment, and other mechanical equipment as ability and education permits; maintains documentation as required; assists other department employees and other departments as directed; actively and consistently contributes to department operations and communications; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.

The position is Full Time Days, 7:00a.m-3:30p.m

Experience: Related professional and home experience will be considered
