Shift managers are responsible for helping the team they are supervising, managing breaks, keeping the team on task, leading the employees by example and making sure that our customers are receiving the absolute best customer service. Shift managers have the same job description as a cashier but they also watch over the activities of the entire business so that all of our customers needs are being met and our policies/procedures are carried out. Can be full or part time.
