Call Center Representative at Dunham & Jones, Attorneys at Law PC – Fort Worth, Texas

Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills? Dunham & Jones Law Firm is looking for dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Our call center operates 7:45am-7:00pm Monday-Friday with full-time employees, and 9:00am-6:00pm on weekends with part-time employees. We are currently hiring for the 10:00am-7:00pm M-F time slot. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients.
• Input client information into the database accurately.
• Various Office duties.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Candidate must be able to handle a large volume of calls.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and independently.
