Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Financial Counselor.

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility is a 111-bed long-term care facility that provides transitional or long-term skilled nursing care. The facility provides care for the early stages of dementia.

A typical day will include: The Financial Counselor will provide financial counseling services to residents and/or their designated personal representative; working with the resident and/or their designated personal representative on the admissions process including, but not limited to reviewing the contract and financial information; behaves in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.

The position is Full Time, Days

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Three years of experience with long term care in one of the following areas; social services, business office, or admissions for those not holding at least an associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
