About This Position
Overview:
At Chick-fil-A, we are looking for a friendly and attentive Dining Room Attendant to ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience. As a Dining Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall efficiency of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and friendly manner, addressing any needs or concerns they may have.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Regularly clean and sanitize dining tables, chairs, and other surfaces to ensure a clean and comfortable dining environment.
- Waste Management: Remove and dispose of trash and recycling from dining areas, ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness.
- Restroom Upkeep: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms throughout the shift, restocking supplies as needed.
- Supplies Management: Replenish supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments to ensure availability for guests.
- Customer Assistance: Assist guests with special requests, including providing highchairs, and answering questions about the menu.
- Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
- Shift Flexibility: Be prepared to perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and meet restaurant needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests.
- Attributes: Friendly, proactive, and attentive to detail.
- Punctuality: Reliable and able to consistently meet shift start times.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and assist with various tasks as needed.
