York Hospital is currently seeking enthusiastic phlebotomists for both our York and Wells locations.

As a phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of functions, including phlebotomy and administrative/clerical duties that allow us to provide an exceptional patient experience by fulfilling their laboratory needs.

Some essential duties include:

• Performs phlebotomy in our inpatient, outpatient and Emergency departments.
• Obtains test orders from offices as necessary
• Resolves ambiguous or late results from reference labs
  finalize reference lab results
• Receive specimens from offices and distributes test results
• Register and greet patients

We require a High School diploma or equivalent and previous phlebotomy experience is a plus.
