Clinic Supervisor at Hannibal Regional Hospital – Brookfield, Missouri

Works directly with First Impressions Manager, Manager of Outreach Services, and Director of Clinical Services with day-to-day responsibilities of the First Impressions Team Urgent Care Brookfield and Urgent Care Chillicothe. Leads, guides, and directs First Impressions team members in these two clinics to high quality patient interaction.

Responsible for all aspects of the clinic operation specific to our Brookfield clinic while promoting pleasant and effective communication with the public and other departments. Will work under the direction of the First Impressions Manager CFM leadership as required to deliver high-quality care and build exemplary teams.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two years previous management experience required
• Two or more years experience working in a medical office
• Prior EHR/EMR experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects without direct supervision
• Efficiency in oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Strong organizational including independent problem resolution and established priorities.
• Strong ability to pay attention to details
• Strong leadership skills
• Maintain BLS certification
