About This Position
Patient Transfer Navigation Center Specialist
GENERAL SUMMARY/BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB: This position supports Sinai Chicago by facilitating internal and external communication related to inbound and outbound patient transfers, ED/PACU/Direct Admit admissions, internal transfers, and providing a high level of customer service.
This position will work closely with Sinai Chicago Patient Transfer and Navigation Center nurses and routinely interact with Sinai Chicago Caregivers, providers, and external hospitals to provide timely and exceptional acute care for patients coming to Sinai Chicago.
