The MVC Coach and their staff are important models in the school's mission. We shall at all times model Christ-likeness in all areas of our lives, function as a living curriculum, and will be a positive role model for our student-athletes. The MVC Coach will take initiative with their team, will be organized and responsible with all details, deadlines, and school policies. This high-profile MVC leader also provides important vision and goals for her/his program in advance of the season and will communicate those expectations.
