What this Position Does: The Central Leasing Administrator is responsible for managing and processing of property applications, assisting properties with Yardi CRM, and overseeing lease renewal generation and follow-ups. This role supports operational efficiency and enhances customer service by maintaining organized records, ensuring timely renewals, and providing ongoing support to properties, ensuring smooth operational processes. The position requires flexibility to work 40 hours total, including weekends as needed.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities This Person will be Overseeing:
Application Processing: Review, verify, and process property applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Follow up with applicants to gather any missing information.
Yardi CRM Support: Assist properties with Yardi CRM software, managing queues, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Renewal Generation: Generate lease renewal documents and coordinate with properties to ensure timely distribution to tenants, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Follow-ups and Customer Service: Maintain regular communication with tenants regarding renewals, application status, and required documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other methods.
Collaboration: Collaborate with property management teams to ensure alignment on processes, completing tasks promptly and accurately.
Data Management: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of tenant applications, renewals, and CRM updates to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
Weekend Availability: Available to work weekends as necessary to meet operational demands and ensure continuous support to properties.
Qualifications Involved with the Position: Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or operations, with familiarity in Yardi CRM. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and basic data entry skills.
What Education and/or Experience You Will Bring to the Table: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
Communication Skills Involved with the Position: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Analytical Abilities this Person Will Bring to the Table: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate processing and management of data.
