While we currently focus primarily on the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) industry, we are exploring and developing additional applications of our solutions to broader problems within healthcare, finance, and beyond.
Position Summary: The Director of Client Solutions serves as a critical liaison between prospective clients, existing enterprise accounts, and our internal teams. This multifaceted role requires equal parts relationship management, technical expertise, and strategic vision to drive adoption of our RCM solutions while ensuring exceptional client outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, the Director of Client Solutions will be the face of our solutions to both prospects and clients, delivering meaningful insights that showcase our value proposition and drive business growth. This role will bridge our sales and client success functions through effective leadership and communication.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, healthcare operations, and client relationships. They are equally comfortable analyzing claims data, presenting to C-suite executives, and rolling up their sleeves during complex implementations. They possess a consultative mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering concrete results for our clients. Most importantly, they excel in client-facing situations, whether helping the sales team close deals or ensuring enterprise clients achieve measurable RCM improvements.
Job Duties:
Strategic Client Acquisition (75%)
Join sales executives on critical prospect calls to provide solution expertise and credibility
Lead discovery sessions with potential clients to diagnose RCM pain points
Articulate our solutions' value proposition and ROI through compelling presentations
Facilitate solution demonstrations tailored to prospect-specific needs and use cases
Build rapport with prospective clients as the technical authority and trusted advisor
Collaborate with sales to create customized proposals that address specific prospect challenges with our solutions
Provide expert responses to technical questions during the sales process
Once contracts are signed, facilitate smooth hand-offs of new clients to the implementation team, including collaboration on customized implementation strategies
Enterprise Client Growth (25%)
Serve as strategic advisor for our largest and most complex enterprise accounts
Identify expansion opportunities within existing client organizations
Collaborate with Client Success Senior Account Managers to develop account growth strategies
Build deep relationships with client decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships
Required Qualifications:
10+ years in healthcare technology and/or revenue cycle management
Proven track record supporting complex enterprise healthcare clients
Experience with RCM systems, billing operations, and reimbursement models
Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts to business value
Exceptional communication skills for both executive-level and operational conversations, including strong presentation and consultative selling abilities
Genuine enthusiasm for technology and its application to solve complex healthcare challenges
Passion for staying current with healthcare technology trends and exploring innovative solutions
Ability to analyze data and identify optimization opportunities
History of building strong relationships through consultative approaches
Bachelor's degree

Deep understanding of DME billing requirements and reimbursement challenges
