Position Overview:
A private outpatient practice and Medicare Part B provider dedicated to delivering exceptional therapeutic services to our patients. We are committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $95,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessments: Evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Intervention Implementation: Apply evidence-based therapies to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Education: Guide patients and their families through treatment plans and home exercise routines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience: Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
