Qualifications
● a positive attitude, great work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations

● Well organized and goal oriented
● Must obtain a P & C license within 30 days of
being hired (We will provide training and help you obtain your license!)
● A minimum of two years of sales work experience (preferred)
● Bilingual Spanish/English : Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
● Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
● Licensed : Property & Casualty (preferred)
Responsibilities
● Provide insurance quotes to customers via phone or in person that meet their insurance needs
● Answer both inbound and outbound calls with a positive attitude providing great customer service
● Call prospective outbound leads and manage a pipeline of referrals and potential clients to increase our book of clients
● Identify cross selling opportunities and effectively close other lines of insurance
● Gain all knowledge of all our services in order to resolve and offer services to our customers
● Work together in a collaborative atmosphere to exceed individual, team and company goals
● Must review and process documentation for daily sales before submitting to Underwriting for review.
● Meet personal production goals
● Complete Daily Task Schedule on a daily basis
● Must obtain P&C license within 45 days of being hired (We will help train you for your license!)
