We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused team player with a strong ability to identify and secure new business opportunities. This role is instrumental in driving growth across direct and indirect channels, playing a key part in expanding our antibody solutions business.
As a key driver of strategic initiatives, this position requires the ability to develop and execute a clear vision and roadmap for business growth across diverse market segments, including biopharma, academia, government, and clinical research organizations.
The successful Inside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with business development and marketing teams to define value propositions, create strategic incentives, and accelerate market expansion. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory sales goals by effectively promoting and selling key antibody products.
What you will Do
- Provide support during the sales process with the goal of driving revenue growth, increasing awareness at key accounts within the territory.
- Play a key role in positioning products and services based upon scientific, technical and competitive principles
- Discover and qualify sales opportunities in academia, biopharma, government and CRO’s
- Partner with marketing, business development and R&D to identify and assess potential value drivers using the existing portfolio.
- Report quarterly sales results and forecasts during team call and business reviews
- Use data enablement tools to drive revenue growth in net new accounts and expand existing business
- Effectively manage and track customer interaction in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Identify customer for potential collaborations
- Participate in customer visits and scientific conferences.

Who You Are & What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Degree in life sciences or related specificity such as biotechnology
- 1+ years Sales Experience in the Life sciences
- CRM Experience (SalesForce)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth.
- Strong enthusiasm for scientific solutions, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and take initiative to achieve sales and business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Good understanding of drug discovery and/or diagnostic workflows and products employed
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Power to establish good relationships and credibility with cross functional partners and customers
- Outstanding communicator and analytical thinker with a proven track record of building successful building and nurturing professional and cross-functional relationships.
- Capacity to quickly understand and navigate evolving scientific landscapes
- Ability to manage high volume of communication (email, phone and in person)
- Perform office-based tasks using a laptop for long periods of time.
- Lift materials up to 50 pounds
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory 25%
