About This Position
Position Summary: The candidate will be instrumental in driving the business objectives of the LOUD brands by supporting EMEA distributors in achieving their sales targets, identifying growth opportunities in the region, and leveraging the necessary resources to capitalize on them. This role will contribute to sustained regional sales growth and market share by ensuring distribution partners actively engage in marketing, training, tradeshows, and product launches. Additionally, the individual will navigate the balance between market opportunity, brand and product management goals, and sales team support to maximize success.
Responsible Countries: All countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Sales Growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by LOUD Audio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, integrators, consultants, and end-users.
- Negotiate key business terms with partners to drive mutual success.
Market Expansion
- Develop partnerships with new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships to enhance market penetration.
- Lead initiatives to expand LOUD Audio's presence in underrepresented markets across the EMEA region.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer-sponsored events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Strategic Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive challenges to inform decision-making.
- Provide valuable market insights to product development and marketing teams to refine offerings and positioning.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train and support channel partners to ensure they have a deep understanding of LOUD Audio's products and value propositions.
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze market and sales data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed.
- Continuously assess KPIs to uncover growth opportunities and develop action plans with channel partners.
- Monitor distributor performance across the region, track competitive activity, and assess market share trends.
- Identify sales opportunities and leverage company resources—including training, marketing support, and regional product development—to maximize growth.
Supervisory Responsibility: Manage EMEA product specialist, who is responsible for conducting distributor and end-user sales and training events.
Competencies and Skills:

- Multiple language speaking is a big plus
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge of MI (Musical Instruments) and pro audio products, applications, competitors, and customer needs across the MI industry, commercial, install, and live sound sectors.
- Ability to translate product information into compelling competitive positioning statements and clear, concise written content.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and messaging that support brand growth and market differentiation.
- Proven ability to analyze industry trends, identify opportunities, and communicate insights effectively.
Education and/or Experience:
- College degree or similar.
- At least 8 years of experience working in MI or Pro Audio Industry in B2B position.
Work Environment: This role operates in a field-based environment with extensive travel to customer sites, trade shows, and corporate events. Occasional work in a professional office setting may be required. Candidates must be comfortable working in customer-facing, technical, and hands-on roles.
